POSITION: HVAC PROJECT ENGINEER (1 nos)
- Experience : 6 to 7 Years in HVAC Project Engineer
- Education : Bachelor in Mechanical Engineering
- Language : English Fluency
- Age : Between 28 & 32
- With Driving License & Having Gulf Experience is an advantage
Task & Duties:
- Having good knowledge of HVAC Equipment & basic.
- Capable to review design, project execution as per site requirement.
- Smart in communication & fast working in computer.
- Having knowledge of ISHREAE & AMCA Standards.
- Checking Site Works quality and control.
- Having Installation knowledge of VRF, Package, DX Units & Ventilation fans.
- Able to handle Varies type of projects (Villa, Multistory Bldg, Commercial Bldg, Warehouse, Hospital Bldg).
- Able to prepare letter as per site requirement.
- Reviewing HVAC documents for compliance.
- Coordinating with site works, attending meetings along with consultants & clients.
- Reviewing the supplier GA drawings & Material specifications.
- Preparing application for payment as per site progress.
- Payment follow up.
- Reviewing quality of Materials, Tools, Manpower management and safety on regular basis.

POSITION: AIR-CONDITIONG SPARE PARTS ENGINEER (1 nos)
Required Thorough Knowledge of Air-Conditioning Spare Parts & etc.
- Experience : 02 – 05 Years as Sales Engineer Experience (minimum 2 years’ Experience in sales of Chiller Spare Parts).
- Education : B. Tech in Mechanical
- Language Requirement : English, Hindi
- Age : Between 24 & 30

Roles and Responsibility:
- Candidate should have working experience with Blue Star, Voltas, Carrier, Daikin.
- Good written communication skill.
- Good Knowledge of DX and Chillers, AHU & Fan Coil Unit spare parts.
- Generate New enquiry.
- Release quotation as per requirement and follow up for ordering.
- Follow up with supplier regularly for material delivery.
- Follow-up for delivery and payment.
- Warranty claim for DX and Applied product.
- Target new customer.
- Verify receivable goods with purchase order.
- Keep market news for pricing and report.

POSITION: SERVICE ENGINEER (1 nos)
- Experience : 5 to 7 Years
- Education : Bachelor in Mechanical Engineering
- Language Requirement : English, Hindi & Arabic will be added advantage
- Age : Between 25 & 34
Skills:
- Good knowledge of all type Dx – Air conditioning units (Mainly in Ducted, Package, VRF, Minisplit & window etc)
- Should have minimum 5 Years Field Experience.
- Able to quote all type of Dx Retrofit jobs.
- Monitor Maintenance Team.
- Plan day to day Service call & Break down call.
- Plan for Annual Maintenance Contract.
- Preparing Client data base report.
- Monitor Technician, Foremen and Supervisor.
- Able to manage 25 – 30 call per day with 8 team of technician & also plan AMC contract as per convenient.
- Hand on experience on Dx – Air conditioning.
- Good knowledge to identify Spare parts & Brand.
- Good Knowledge of DX- Market for Procurement of spare parts.
- Good communication skill.
- Computer literacy is must (Able to prepare report, letter to client, Quotation etc)
